At In Choice Plan Management, our story began with a simple belief: plan management should feel clear, supportive, and genuinely centred around the person.
We know that managing an NDIS plan can sometimes feel overwhelming. There are budgets to understand, invoices to process, providers to work with, and important decisions to make. For many participants and families, it can be a lot to navigate.
That’s why In Choice was created — to offer plan management that combines experience, care, and practical support, while helping people feel more confident and in control of their NDIS funding.
Built on experience, shaped by people
In Choice launched in 2022, but our experience in plan management goes back much further. Our team has been working in the plan management space since 2014, alongside more than 30 years of financial expertise.
Over that time, we’ve seen how important good plan management can be. It’s not just about paying invoices or tracking budgets. It’s about helping people understand their plan, make informed choices, and feel supported along the way.
We’ve also learnt that every participant is different. Some people want regular updates and close guidance. Others prefer simple, efficient support in the background. Some like phone calls, while others prefer email or app-based communication.

We help you understand your NDIS funding, keep track of your budget, process and pay invoices, and securely manage important records such as invoices and service agreements.
You'll receive regular updates and monthly reports, along with access to real-time budget tracking through our secure app. You can approve invoices directly through the app or choose an invoice approval process that best suits your needs and preferences.
Most importantly, we’re here when you need us. Whether you have a question, need help understanding your budget, or want to talk through something in your plan, our team is ready to support you.
