In Choice Plan Management was founded in 2022 by a team with deep roots in the NDIS sector. Our plan managers have been working in the field since 2014, bringing more than 30 years of combined financial services experience to every participant we support.
We started In Choice because we saw a gap. Many participants needed genuine, personalised guidance but were being lost in large organisations where they felt like just a number. We set out to do things differently, and that remains at the heart of what we do today.
We are proudly independent and not affiliated with any service providers, which means our advice is always in your best interest.
Where it began
Our team started working as NDIS plan managers, building expertise in participant support and financial management.
